Service Description

To keep lashes looking their absolute best - nice, full and fluffy - regular fills are essential. We recommend scheduling your fill between 2-3 weeks after your initial set. During your fill appointment any crooked or outgrown lashes are removed and replaced with fresh, new ones. To ensure the best results, we ask that clients come in with about half of their lashes remaining. Please note it is required that you have at least 40% of your extensions left to be considered a "fill". Fills booked beyond 28 days will be considered a new set to guarantee you receive the full lash transformation experience. HELPFUL HINTS: - Please arrive at your lash appointment with clean, makeup/oil free lashes and eye area to ensure the best possible retention. - If you are having abnormal fall out within the first 3 days after your fill, let us know within that time and I will get you in for a free touch up.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please provide 24-48 hours notice. Failing to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee of 35% of service price. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled and charged the cancellation fee, in order to accommodate other clients scheduled after you.
