Service Description

FILL POLICY - It is required that you have at least 40% of your lashes in order to be considered a "fill". If you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining, there will be an additional charge. Any fills booked beyond 4 weeks will be considered a new set. HELPFUL HINTS: - Be careful about very outgrown lashes - these are removed at every fill and do not count as happy lashes that get to be a part of the 40% team. - Please arrive at your lash appointment with clean, makeup/oil free lashes and eye area to ensure the best possible retention. - If you are having abnormal fall out within the first 3 days after your fill, let me know within that time and I will get you in for a free touch up. - A "mini fill" option is available for a touch up if you've had an unexpected shed, faster than usual lash growth or if you just want to add in more lashes for an event.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please provide 24-48 hours notice. Failing to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee of 35% of service price. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled and charged the cancellation fee, in order to accommodate other clients scheduled after you.
